John Niven, the owner of Cadre, has winemaking roots that go back to day one in Edna Valley when his grandfather pioneered the region in early 1970’s. He has taken his legacy and crafted wines with his own vision, all while paying tribute to his family’s rich history. A Cadre is a small group that has been specifically chosen to band together and promote a greater cause, and that’s exactly what John did with this brand and his wines. It was a pleasure to take inspiration from the packaging and create worlds where each of these 3 SKUs can live — flowers, fruits, bugs, and butterflies, as well as shells, rocks, and sand gathered from the central coast.
