Who we are.
Olivia French Studio is a creative studio cultivating hospitality, beverage and craft-driven brands shaped by story, texture and feeling.
We make brands meant to leave the screen.
Labels worth picking up. Menus you don't want to throw away. Spaces that feel like somewhere. Campaigns with a pulse. The tiny, tactile, sometimes obsessive details that turn a brand into something people can actually experience.
And lately, we've been so busy making the work that we haven't been nearly loud enough about it.
That's where you come in.
Who you are.
You notice things.
The good light. The weird detail. The frame everyone else walked past. The sentence buried in a conversation that should absolutely be the caption.
You have taste and curiosity in equal measure. You can write. You can design. You can make things. You're chronically saving references, noticing brands in the wild and thinking about why something works.
You don't wait around for someone to hand you every idea. You bring some of your own.
We're not looking for 10 years of agency experience or every skill perfectly buttoned up. We are looking for a sharp eye, high standards, good instincts and enough gumption to figure things out.
What you'll get your hands on.
Creating social content and assets across posts, carousels, Reels and Stories
Turning OFS projects into case studies, launches and stories worth sharing
Designing and building content across social, web and email
Capturing photo and video from shoots, projects, events and behind the scenes
Writing captions, project stories, newsletters and studio copy
Updating and evolving OFS website content
Planning, repurposing and organizing content across channels
Researching awards, editorial opportunities and project submissions
You'll work closely with Olivia, OFS Founder and Creative Director, with plenty of room to pitch ideas, try things and make the role your own.
The point isn't to post for the sake of posting. It's to make sure good work doesn't sit quietly in a folder.
Our non-negotiables.
A damn good eye
Strong writing and storytelling instincts
A feel for what makes content worth stopping for
Confidence shooting photo and video
Confidence editing short-form video and creating social content
Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to figure things out
Organization and follow-through
Comfort working independently and bringing ideas to the table
Based in Bend, Oregon or close enough to regularly work with us in person
Comfort working across tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Squarespace and email marketing platforms
The flow.
The schedule has flexibility. Some work you'll tackle independently. Other days might put you at a shoot, on location, out gathering content or wherever the work takes us.
This is a small studio in a growth chapter, which means there's room to learn, pitch the weird idea, take ownership and grow with us.
Good coffee helps.
Wine, cocktails and mocktails make the occasional appearance. Field trips happen. There's usually a Golden Retriever somewhere nearby.
Interested?
Show us what you've got.
Skip the perfectly polished cover letter.
Tell us who you are, what you're into and why this caught your eye. Send a few pieces of work you're proud of. Client work, photography, writing, a Reel, a personal project, the weird thing you made because you couldn't stop thinking about it.
We want to see how your brain works.
